I was inspired to add some veggies to my mix from workoutmommy So I did the normal 1 cup of plain nonfat yogurt, 1 cup frozen strawberries, 1 banana, and I added two large handfuls of baby spinach and a tablespoon of fresh parsley. Yummy! It was really good. The parsley added a nice fresh kick and I didn't really taste spinach at all. With shoes on place feet on plates and slide around. You can mimick ice skating or just shuffle around. Grab some sweet potatos, maple syrup and cinnamon.  I like to bake a few sweet potatos and then put them in the fridge.  In the morning grab yourself one scoop out the inside and place in a bowl. Maybe that should be one of my goals.    Since we moved into a house and are able to have a grill now, we do grill.
